Welcome to The View Palm Jumeirah. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and ticket booking services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Ticket Bookings

All ticket prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes
Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected during booking
Each guest must have a valid ticket to enter The View
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge
A maximum of 15 tickets can be purchased per transaction

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment provider
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard
Full payment is required at the time of booking
All prices are subject to change without notice

3. Confirmation & Entry

A confirmation email with your digital ticket will be sent immediately upon successful payment
Present your digital ticket (printed or on mobile device) at the entrance
Valid photo ID may be required for entry
Please arrive at your scheduled time slot

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
Date changes may be permitted subject to availability (contact customer service)
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled
The View reserves the right to cancel tickets and provide refunds in exceptional circumstances

5. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must comply with safety regulations and staff instructions
Photography is permitted for personal use only
Commercial photography requires prior authorization
The View reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who do not comply with rules

6. Liability

The View is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
Visitors enter at their own risk
The View may close temporarily for maintenance or weather conditions without prior notice
